Rental Procedure:
**Typical office hours are 8:30am-3:30pm Monday to Friday. (Office hours can be subject to change without notice). Pick up and drop off of equipment is only available during regular office hours.
***Equipment rentals are dependent on adequate snow cover & the conditions of local ski trails
- Fill out and submit a completed equipment rental request
- Once we receive the completed rental request, we will contact you to let you know if the requested equipment is available for the dates requested.
- Equipment pick-up is generally Thursdays/Fridays between 8:30am-3:15pm
- All equipment must be returned no later than 3:00pm the following Tuesday
- A signed loan agreement and a photocopy of your license will be required at time of pick up

Borrow a bike for free
WRRD has 2 Women's and 1 Men's size Beach Cruiser bikes available for community members or visitors to borrow for free. To request to borrow a bike, fill out and sign the Rental Request Form and email it to [email protected]. A photocopy of the renter's drivers licence is required to borrow equipment.
